Return Policy Overview
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How to Request a Return
To start the return process, please contact us. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Defects
Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom or personalized products, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are also non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are excluded from returns. If you’re unsure about an item, please contact us.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
EU 14-Day Cancellation Policy
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition—unused, with tags, and in its packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
